Reporting to the Health, Safety & Environmental Manager, incumbent will be responsible for compliance activities/reporting requirements with local, state and federal rules including maintaining and implementing Title V compliance activities, water source and disposal management, and waste handling associated with refinery projects.

More specific duties and responsibilities will include:

Prepare applications, calculations and all supporting documentation to obtain project permits from agencies including the Air Pollution Control District for multiple permit locations.
